Technique, creativity and ethics
These pillars support the interpersonal relationships cultivated by our team and all of these initiatives are combined with a constant concern for the well-being of our staff, encouraging them to get to know each other and share experiences together. Technique:
Continuous renovation and improvement, engagement in associative and institutional circles, participation in events, commissions, and study groups, persistent performance in academic life and in forensic daily life, understanding problems from a plural perspective, going beyond the strictly legal – all of these are ways of implementing the technique as one of the drivers of our team’s performance.
Creativity:
A consequence of technique, creativity, is fostered by encouraging our team to think outside the box. By better understanding the case and its details – the client’s activity, the economic and legislative scenario, and judges and courts’ thought process -, it is often possible to find simple solutions that are not always visible when the analysis is carried out exclusively from a legal perspective. On the other hand, considering that Law is built through communication, we believe in communicating as creatively and effectively as possible. Therefore, we strive to generate products, such as documents, briefs, and oral expositions that allow judges to understand the message transmitted in an easy, direct, and appealing way.
Ethics:
Our ethical pillar has its foundation in a rigorous integrity program, in the requirement of a standard of behavior that is consistent with the credibility on which we build our name, in the need to create with the client a relationship based on unrestricted trust, and in the ideas of the exercise of law with dignity and reliability on the justice system. Creative and technically capable people are as important as those who know how to discern between right and wrong.
